Children's holiday facilities
at Los Piedaos

FREEDOM AND FUN FOR ALL THE FAMILY

Los Piedaos has always been a destination for those who want to enjoy peace and quiet as each cottage is separate and self contained. For the parents of a young family we provide various facilities to help them relax while allowing the children to amuse themselves.

Equipment
For the youngest we provide a high chair, a travel cot, WC seat adaptor and changing mat. A long-distance baby monitor is available so that you can keep an ear open for your sleeping child while enjoying a barbecue outside on the terrace or while visiting a neighbouring cottage. Also, we can usually find a reliable baby sitter if you wish to have an evening out.

A shallow area next to the main pool for youngsters to play Pools

The swimming pool has a contained shallow area where non-swimming children can play safely under supervision. We have a variety of inflatable toys, rubber rings and balls to play with in the pool. There is, of course, a lifebelt in case of emergencies.

Fun and games

Completed in the spring of 2007, children now have their own play area which includes a hopscotch ground. This space can also be used for ball games, including softball. We have also put up a basketball practice net. Bats, balls etc are stored in a hut nearby. There is a slide, climbing frame, a toddler’s and a big kid’s swing, a rope ladder and a climbing rope for the venturesome. We have also built a baby mountain to climb!

Of course, there are many other activities nearby for adults and children to enjoy, including paragliding, horse-trekking and water parks.

Indoors
For indoors we also have some toys and board games. There is a selection of children´s books, crayons and paper in the computer room.
