From each of these pages there is a link to our secure online availability check, pricing and booking system.There you can check the exact cost of your stay, which will show up automatically when you select a week or weeks in the booking calendar for each of the holiday homes. These calendars show the exact dates at which the "low season", "mid season" and "high season" rates begin and end. Prices shown below are for the property per week in GB pounds sterling which at the start of 2009 is approximately the same in euros. Payments have to be made in pounds and the actual amount that you will be charged if you are paying in euros or any other currency will of course vary according to the current exchange rate. USE YOUR CREDIT CARD TO PAY YOUR DEPOSIT AND TO MAKE YOUR FINAL PAYMENT THROUGH OUR BANK-LEVEL SECURITY SYSTEM. YOU PAY AT THE STERLING PRICE SHOWN. YOUR CARD COMPANY WILL CONVERT THIS TO YOUR CURRENCY AT THE CURRENT EXCHANGE RATE.
The price for La Casa de Concha is based on 2 people and the prices for the other cottages are based on 4 people. A comfortable Z-bed can be requested for an additional person for a supplement of £50 per week. We ask guests to arrive after 3 pm and to vacate the casita by 10 am on the last day of the stay. If you arrive early you may leave your luggage in the casita any time after 1.30 pm. CANCELLATION: You will understand that as the time gets nearer to your stay the chances of our being able to re-let if you cancel diminish pro rata. If you have to cancel your holiday we would, therefore, have to charge as set out below. We hope that this will never happen but please take out a holiday insurance policy as recommended below. This should enable you to recover the sum lost and we would let the company have a letter confirming the amount involved if they require it. More than 4 weeks before date of arrival: Your deposit. Between 4 weeks and 2 weeks of arrival date: 50% of rental charge 14 days or less before the arrival date: 100% of rental charge. We take all reasonable precautions for the safety of our guests, but we cannot accept any liability for injury, loss or damage, however caused.
